1. Introduction

Welcome to Dhaiban, a global multi-vendor e-commerce marketplace that connects buyers and sellers across multiple countries.

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Dhaiban platform, including our website, mobile applications, and any related services (“Services”).

By accessing or using the Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Services immediately.

2. Definitions

  • Platform: The Dhaiban website, apps, and all related services.
  • Users: Any visitor, registered buyer, or seller using the Platform.
  • Buyers: Individuals or businesses purchasing products through the Platform.
  • Sellers / Vendors: Individuals or businesses listing and selling products on the Platform.
  • Orders: Purchases made by Buyers through the Platform.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of Dhaiban, you may be required to create an account as a Buyer or Seller.

Buyers may be required to provide:

  • Full name and contact details
  • Email address and/or phone number
  • Shipping and billing information
  • A secure password

Sellers may be required to provide:

  • Business and company details
  • Commercial registration or legal documents (where applicable)
  • Tax / VAT details (if required by law)
  • Bank account information for payouts

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Dhaiban reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account suspected of fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

4. Marketplace Role

Dhaiban operates as a marketplace platform that connects buyers and sellers. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Dhaiban is not the manufacturer, owner, or seller of the products listed on the Platform.

Product descriptions, prices, images, and stock availability are provided by Sellers. Sellers are fully responsible for fulfilling orders, providing invoices where required, and complying with applicable laws in their country of operation.

Dhaiban may assist in facilitating communication and dispute resolution between Buyers and Sellers but is not a party to the sales contract between them.

5. Orders & Payments

By placing an order on Dhaiban, you agree to pay the total amount shown at checkout, including product price, shipping fees, and any applicable taxes, customs duties, or service charges depending on your country.

Payments may be processed through Dhaiban or through third-party payment providers. Dhaiban is not responsible for delays or failures caused by banks, payment gateways, or financial institutions.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times are estimates only and may vary based on product location, Seller handling time, courier performance, and customs processes in the destination country.

Buyers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Dhaiban is not liable for delays or delivery issues resulting from incomplete or incorrect address details, courier delays, customs inspection, or other factors outside our control.

7. Returns, Refunds & Disputes

Returns and refunds are subject to the Seller’s policy and any applicable consumer protection laws in the Buyer’s country.

In case of disputes regarding product quality, authenticity, or non-delivery, Buyers should first contact the Seller through the Platform. Dhaiban may, at its discretion, assist in reviewing the case and facilitating a fair resolution, but final responsibility rests with the Seller.

8. Seller Responsibilities

Sellers using Dhaiban agree to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date product information
  • Set clear pricing and stock levels
  • Process and ship orders within the promised timeframe
  • Handle returns, replacements, and customer service
  • Comply with all applicable trade, tax, and consumer laws
  • Not sell illegal, restricted, or counterfeit products on the Platform

Dhaiban reserves the right to suspend or permanently remove any Seller who violates these Terms, applicable laws, or marketplace policies.

9. Prohibited Activities

When using the Platform, you agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any unlawful or fraudulent activity
  • Sell prohibited, dangerous, or counterfeit goods
  • Interfere with, damage, or disrupt the Platform or its security
  • Impersonate any person, company, or entity
  • Upload or share misleading, false, or harmful content

10. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property related to Dhaiban, including logos, trademarks, designs, text, and interface elements, is owned by Dhaiban or its licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the Platform without our prior written consent.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using Dhaiban, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dhaiban is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

13. Termination

Dhaiban may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time if you violate these Terms, applicable laws, or engage in fraudulent or harmful behavior.

You may also close your account at any time through your account settings, subject to the completion of any ongoing transactions.

14. Governing Law

These Terms may be governed by the laws of the country in which Dhaiban or the relevant Seller is legally established, depending on the nature of the transaction. You agree that disputes may be handled according to applicable international e-commerce and consumer protection standards.

15. Changes to These Terms

Dhaiban may update or modify these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on the Platform with a revised “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
